Beetroot Juice Health Benefits

The health benefits of beet juice aren`t well known, but they're profound. Beet juice is best known as a blood purifier and blood builder that can help in the creation of red blood cells. Beet juice improves blood structure and cures diseases from the circulatory system, large intestine, and digestive tract. Beets are root vegetables that belongs to the chenopod family, which also includes chard, spinach and quinoa.

Beets contain unique pigments considered betalains that display numerous properties beneficial for your health. Betacyanin, an anti- carcinogenic compound provides crimson color to beetroot. It is also useful to prevent occurrence of colon cancer.

Silica

It's rich in silica which is ideal for perfect consumption of calcium in the body. Also, it's necessary for healthy hair, bones, skin, and nails.
